All products purchased from Sherpani website come with a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you purchased your products at a retail location or e -retailer, your return must be processed directly through the retailer.
All items must be in the condition you received them with hang tags attached. We recommend you ship the package with a carrier who is capable of providing tracking information; Sherpani is not responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive your item, your card will be credited for the price of the bag; this credit will not include shipping charges. If you have requested to exchange an item, your card will be charged for the replacement and likewise, credited for the original product upon receiving.
Please note credit card companies differ in the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles (four to eight weeks) for the refund to appear on your statement.
To return an item, please fill out the form below. Please include your original order number in the return form. If you do not have the original order number please include your full name, a return address, phone number and what you are sending back and why, indicating whether you want credit or an exchange.
Once you submit the form, you will receive a Return Authorization number by email. To ensure a timely refund, please write this return authorization number on the side of the box and include it in the package. All returns/exchanges must be sent within 10 business days of the completion of this form.
